Anna is a breath of fresh air after staying years with an incompetent company. Anna is professional, knowledgable and quick to respond. The transition from another company was seamless. Thank you Anna, looking forward to working together for many years to come.

I had a great experience with Anna from Perth PropertyX throughout my tenancy and the move-out process. She was always professional, patient, responsive, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Anna made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated her clear communication and willingness to help. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I’m very grateful for all her support throughout my tenancy. Highly recommend Anna and Perth PropertyX for their excellent service!

We’ve had a great experience with Anna so far and appreciate her transparency and responsiveness along the way. We are renting out our property whilst being based overseas, so Anna was able to ensure we had all the boxes checked and tenants into the property swiftly. Anna was also accomodating of our requests and appreciated that a one size fits all isn’t suitable for every customer, which we really appreciate. Strongly recommend Anna.

We rented a house through them and honestly Anna was super kind and helpful from the inspection. She really took the time to listen to everyone and asked about what we were looking for. We’re very happy with the place we got, it feels cozy and like home. Definitely recommend Perth PropertyX!

We recently moved to Perth Property X as we were dissatisfied with our previous property manager. Already after 2 months we have seen a real difference in the way our property is managed and wished we had moved earlier. Anna is very professional, clearly explains everything in detail and is very approachable. Communication with Anna is easy and having access to the portal keeps us informed with everything to do with our property, a great resource we never had access to with our previous manager. We couldn't be happier with Perth Property X and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional property manager who cares.

Our landlord switched to Perth PropertyX about 6 months ago, and it’s been a total blessing ever since. Our property manager, Anna Szczypczyk, is incredible. Even though we’re tenants, Anna always has our best interests at heart and consistently goes above and beyond. She managed to get the owner to approve new curtains (which the previous agency rejected!) and even had air conditioning installed in the bedrooms without us even having to ask. She’s prompt with repairs and maintenance too. Huge thanks to Anna and the team at Perth PropertyX!
