We are renting out our property whilst being based overseas, so Anna was able to ensure we had all the boxes checked and tenants into the property swiftly. Already after 2 months we have seen a real difference in the way our property is managed and wished we had moved earlier. Anna is very professional, clearly explains everything in detail and is very approachable. Our property manager, Anna Szczypczyk, is incredible. Even though we’re tenants, Anna always has our best interests at heart and consistently goes above and beyond. She managed to get the owner to approve new curtains (which the previous agency rejected!) and even had air conditioning installed in the bedrooms without us even having to ask.
