Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Anna is a breath of fresh air after staying years with an incompetent company. Anna is professional, knowledgable and quick to respond. The transition from another company was seamless. Thank you Anna, looking forward to working together for many years to come.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with Anna from Perth PropertyX throughout my tenancy and the move-out process. She was always professional, patient, responsive, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance.

Anna made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated her clear communication and willingness to help. It was a pleasure dealing with her, and I’m very grateful for all her support throughout my tenancy.

Highly recommend Anna and Perth PropertyX for their excellent service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We’ve had a great experience with Anna so far and appreciate her transparency and responsiveness along the way.

We are renting out our property whilst being based overseas, so Anna was able to ensure we had all the boxes checked and tenants into the property swiftly.

Anna was also accomodating of our requests and appreciated that a one size fits all isn’t suitable for every customer, which we really appreciate.

Strongly recommend Anna.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We rented a house through them and honestly Anna was super kind and helpful from the inspection. She really took the time to listen to everyone and asked about what we were looking for. We’re very happy with the place we got, it feels cozy and like home. Definitely recommend Perth PropertyX!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently moved to Perth Property X as we were dissatisfied with our previous property manager. Already after 2 months we have seen a real difference in the way our property is managed and wished we had moved earlier. Anna is very professional, clearly explains everything in detail and is very approachable. Communication with Anna is easy and having access to the portal keeps us informed with everything to do with our property, a great resource we never had access to with our previous manager. We couldn't be happier with Perth Property X and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional property manager who cares.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our landlord switched to Perth PropertyX about 6 months ago, and it’s been a total blessing ever since. Our property manager, Anna Szczypczyk, is incredible. Even though we’re tenants, Anna always has our best interests at heart and consistently goes above and beyond.

She managed to get the owner to approve new curtains (which the previous agency rejected!) and even had air conditioning installed in the bedrooms without us even having to ask. She’s prompt with repairs and maintenance too. Huge thanks to Anna and the team at Perth PropertyX!

Thinking of buying a property with a tenant alread

Thinking of buying a property with a tenant already in place? 🏡
⁣
There are a few important things to consider before taking the leap:
→ Is the property self-managed by the landlord or managed by a real estate agent?
→ Has the lease agreement been signed?
→ Is the tenant committed to staying long-term?
→ Has the bond been lodged with the Bond Administrator?
⁣
We always recommend getting your chosen property manager involved early. They can help you work through the details, understand the existing tenancy and guide you through the process 🔑

One phone call, one home open and one great application 🏡

We were delighted to secure the right tenant for this renovated Dianella home - a lovely lady looking for somewhere new to call home after her long-term rental was sold.

A great result for our owner, and a new chapter for the tenant moving in 🧡

One private home open and one application was all it took to find the perfect tenants for this home 🏡

A family of three, recently back in Perth after two years overseas, were looking for somewhere family-friendly to settle into - with a backyard for their little boy, space for friends and family, and a neighbourhood they were excited to be part of.

Safe to say, this one was a lovely match 🧡

We understand wanting to keep costs down when it c

We understand wanting to keep costs down when it comes to your investment property. But after 20+ years in property management, there are a few areas I’d be careful about cutting corners:

→ Delaying maintenance
Getting onto small issues early can often help prevent bigger problems down the track.

→ Choosing a property manager on fees alone
Fees are one part of the picture, alongside experience, communication and proactive management.

→ Rushing tenant selection
Vacancy matters, but so does taking the time to properly assess applications and find the right tenant.

Sometimes it’s about weighing up what’s best for your property long term 🔑
